The Ugandan Policemans burden
Joining the army or police in Uganda these days has got nothing to do with protecting the country or it's citizens. It's all about allowing yourself to be put into a position where you are transformed from a human being into a bona fide, ID-carrying, uniform-wearing, Museveni certified militarized killer of other human beings - mostly unarmed civilians who never did you or anybody else any harm in the first place.
And when you MURDER PEOPLE (and that's what killing unarmed civilians is) IT DOES SOMETHING TO YOU DEEP INSIDE YOUR SOUL.
In my language it's termed as; nguch rimu dhanu duny iwi,
directly translated as "the smell of human blood sticks to your brain/mind".
You are tormented for the rest of your life because you knew that you did something very evil and very wrong. And all the pats on the head/back, and all the medals, and all the "It's OK, you were only doing your job" nonsense that you will hear from your military superiors isn't going to make the guilt or the torment go away. You're going to live with it for the rest of your life.
Therefore, radiokatwe, I advise you to discourage people from joining the military\police.
I remain yours truly,
"OZELE"

The Nakawa estate wrangles are about 'cuts'
Here is the real deal behind the Naguru-Nakawa deal. What is happening is that the whole thing was done quietly so that many people did not know about it until it was done, this includes the fishy characters in government.
My initial suspicions were that the company Opec Prime doesn't exist but it turns out it does exist. The company was set up as special purpose vehicle(SPV) to do business in Uganda. It is a subsidiary of comer homes uk. (see www.comerhomes.co.uk - Ed) so you'd think something good came out from government, but no.
You see, as soon as the news of the project got out, certain people wanted their cut, but comer homes is a 22 year old company that preferred no corruption, so they (corrupt figures) couldn't fit in. So they passed notes to the IGG claiming to be tenants and then also push for the tenants to make noise so the whole thing can be re-tendered but this time ensuring them getting their cut. What they didn't count on happening was the law suit.
now the IGG knows she is in trouble because by telling the tenants to stay in the houses she told them to commit a crime, the houses where condemned in 2002 so staying in them is technically illegal.

NSSF Raids Continue, now via URA & fake contract over-estimates
HOW THE NSSF MONEY IS GOING TO BE ROBBED USING URA
Dear RK,
After the National Robbers Movement failed to secure a loan from NSSF, the possibility is that they have decided to use Allen Kagina to secure the loan through a proxy, that is URA.
As you all know how the government operates now, more that 30% of the loan is going to be taken by the robbers as a bribe from the construction company, so that the Uganda Revenue Authority Building will be worth less than 70% of the borrowed money. Even if Jamwa, uses the building as security for the loan, at least 30% of our money is sure to be lost before the construction even begins.
Oh God save us from these Robbers.
KK Kampala.
"Uganda Revenue Authority Boss Secures $10 Million loan from NSSF"
Dear Readers of RK,
Last month, the National Robbers Movement (NRM) wanted to borrow money from NSSF to build the Movement Offices but they were sent away by NSSF management since they could not meet the minimum requirements for the loan. Within less than one month of that incident, URA headed by Allen Kagina has rushed to the same NSSF to borrow money for construction of their Offices.
Do the two incidences have something in common? Are our savings safe? Is it because Andrew Mwenda displayed the magnefficient headquaters of Rwanda Revenue Athority in his Independent Magazine that reminded Allen Kagina that she needs a permanent office. Please God protect our Savings from the Robbers Movement.
Dear Ugandans, we have been reporting about NSSF Managing Director David Chandi Jamwa since he was appointed last year.
Stories are many and they include these which can be found on the front page:

Ocheger 'crossing': He is only going back home
Dear R.K.
I understand Ocheger of the Action Party "crossed" over to NRM. What a joke. He has always been NRM! He was planted in the opposition to try to wreck it. When he saw that his efforts were futile, or had partially achieved his set goal (notably by chairing the fake NRM-sponsored Multiparty National Referendum Committee, which supported the 2000 referendum), he bailed out by dissolving his political party (one of the 33 bichupuli entities created by NRM).
Let Ugandans not be deceived to believe the few self-seekers who defected to NRM represent the political compendium of Teso, Kaberamaido inclusive. I have spoken to a few and they stated that they publicly crossed to NRM simply to get a piece of the pie. Sources from Soroti, Kaberamaido and other parts of Teso say they eagerly waited for the "Big Man" so they may also stage fake defections for a few coins, which our sources say are being dished for the Fourth Term.
However, Kaguta ought to contend with the fact that Teso Region is lost ground. The few "defectors" (if at all they are) are not gonna elect any NRM MP in Teso. It is waste of time and govt. resources, Bugisu inclusive.

First Son's 'Timely' Deployment Againt Banyoro
Dear Editor,
GOOD TIMING FOR THE ORGANISATION OF UGANDA SPECIAL FORCES
Dear RK,
The organisation of Special forces headed by Lt Cononel Muhoozi Keinerugaba has been timely since according to press reports that are not refuted by Government, their job is to protect the country's Oil.
As most Ugandans know, this oil is not for all Ugandans and the BanyoRo may nerver benefit from this natural resource from their land and the President know what will follow and is preparing for it.
He needs special forces to protect this oil not from foreigners but from the Banyoro who are likely to rise up and fight for it. He knows that in the near future, the Banyoro are going to rise up and fight for their oil when they see it being taken to benefit only the President and individuals related to him.
He knows that what has been going on in Nigeria, where local people attack oil company installations and workers is coming to Bunyoro and he needs to protect the Oil Company staff from being abducted, and he needs to make sure the oil pipes are not cut by poor Banyolo trying to have a share of their oil.
TK, Kampala.

Bleak future for parasite Museveni and his clan
I TAKE THAT SO CALLED M7 AS A PARASITE READY TO FEED ON ITS HOST AND CANT MAKE FOOD ON ITS OWN.
He forgets that there is time for everything even if he plans for his family at the end of the day he's going to be empty handed.
I was too young in Amin's reigme but when I read the history and what am seeing right now that so called ruler the dictator has no chances of seeing ahead.
All indians are back in their possesions but that idiot will never posses what doesnt belong to him even his children and wife all will come back to the owners.
He has killed people but still new generations are coming out.
He must know that know one knows the end of the world.
Lets look and see the end. But he is a failure and his family because even the son failed his exams in the states.

Habib Kagimu is Gadaffi's economic hit man, not brother-in-law
Dear editor let me tell you that this man called Habib Kagimu chairman of Tamoil East Africa (a Libyan company)
did not marry Gadafis sister. he was jus found with a Lybian woman. that was the time when Amin was over thrown he was at the Uganda embassy stranded. he indeed helped those of Kayiras, to get help from Lybya but to say he married Gadafis Sister is false. he was freind to my sister Betty.
Secondly I would like to inform you people that this airforece which M7 is proud of was started by people from Westnile the few of them are like Draji who is relative to Abutalatifu but later this man was arrested and they tried to kill him and he fled to London. he is now a bus driver so you Ugandans do not allow yourselves to be fooled by this people. they did not know how to fly planes they just recruited Amins pilots to fly M7 while they strugled to train theirs so for him to say he is transforming the country is false.

Of tycoon Sudhir and 'his' land
I am what you might call a Wahindi or an Indian. I am so, so amused by this story in to-day's Vision about Sudhir the 'tycoon' ordering Uganda's designated armed forces off 'his' land.
This little pot bellied 'tycoon' is totally protected by the powers that be.
Amongst the Asians of Uganda he is the most despised of all.
He has relied all these years by bullying Africans and Asians alike using his 'contacts' in the army, police, and security services.
His fall will come along with the Musevenis.
More to come about his background in London.

Elections Alone Cannot Remove Museveni
Dear RK,
Permit me to thank Mr. Lukwago for his response to my letter to readers entitled "Bagisu, eat M7's money but no vote for him? What a joke!"
Mr. Lukwago I do not think it is right for anyone of us to lose hope. Certainly not those of us that want to see a new dawn in Uganda's politics and economic direction. The reason I have hope is that the pillars on which President Museveni has been relying to keep his hold on us for a quarter of a century are certainly crumbling. He can no longer deceive Ugandans, he cannot keep his hold on the Movement, he no longer can rely on the army and not even the Presidential Guard Brigade, he cannot rely on the dishing out of districts and gifts to individuals. And with continued exposure his hold on the donors is crumbling.
Within the latter sub-group (the donors) those who keep facilitating him should and actually know that they do not support President Museveni because they have any hopes in him to provide effective leadership. They know that Ugandans know their support is based solely on selfish motives.
So with despondency in the Museveni camp and narrowing options, the only way he can survive is the disorganization of the opposition and engaging them in diversionary tactics including engagements in preparations for elections which you and I, and all Ugandans, know he will steal and claim victory.
And here is my point. Mr. Lukwago the way to manage Museveni is not to continue handing him the sham "electoral victory" over polls he personally organizes, in which the electoral commission is made up of his personal appointees, where his CMI is responsible for the tallying, in which the judges who give a final ruling if you take him to court are largely his cadres! Mr. Lukwago, I am scientific and do place my trust in more than hope. I believe in developing new strategies and mechanisms that will more effectively slice President Museveni's sham hold on power. I REPEAT MUSEVENI HAS STOLEN THE LAST 2 ELECTIONS. WHAT GIVES YOU THE HOPE YOU CAN PREVENT HIM FROM A REPEAT ACTION IN 2011? Are your efforts sufficient to prevent him from being declared winner at the polls or in court?
Finally, you will appreciate that President Mugabe's being forced into negotiations with the opposition is a result of largely economic blockade that has ruined the Zimbabwe economy and led to the fleeing of millions of Zimbabweans. It is not just his recent theft of the vote. Museveni is not chasing out the British from any land in Uganda or taking over British or Indian assets. He is stealing the land and other assets of Ugandans for himself and his criminal gangsters and if we do not galvanize the Baganda, Acholis, Basoga, Banyoro, Bakonjo, Banyankore, Bakiga, Bagisu, Itesot, Batoro, the army, police, teachers, medical workers, farmers etc who are being robbed of their livelihoods, to throw out Museveni by all constitutional and other means that he understands, we are wasting time. And the last time I checked, Mugabe was the President of Zimbabwe!
Sincerely,
Rutanama na Bigomba

Here is how Crispus Kiyonga looks at night
I have read with deep interest and gratitude your submissions. I, however, wish to advise as follows:
1. The focus on the rot in NRM system should include other personalilies around Museveni beyond the first family. For example, crooks like KIYONGA may be more dangerous than Museveni. Take current Defence Minister, CRISPUS KIYONGA's political persecution of his rivals like BIHANDE, MATHINA and IREMANGOMA. Political persecution is crime against humanity.
The latest intelligence report reveals that KIYONGA has been involved in the following political persecution against his arch-rival, Bwambale Mathina:
a)
About a month ago (middle of July), he briefed one MBAUTA REUBEN and another JENNIFFER Kabangira to track down Bwambale Mathina and see how to frame him up.
b)
Around the same time, he instructed his police friend called KILANGITI CHARLES based at Bwera subcountry to give intelligence a false report on Bwambale Mathina so that he (Bwambale) could be arrested with the Baganda and moved to Eastern Uganda. This plot is still on-going. Earlier on he had tried to add him on another fake file.
c)
On 10th August 2008, he deployed one Robert Ndyomugyenyi to assassinate Bwambale Mathina and have the murder blamed on the Businga(Kingship) people so that his arch- rival dies as others get locked up.
d)
KIYONGA is involved with many witches to eliminate his rivals.
One such witch is called Hajji Sibo of IGANGA. Another is in Masaka and another in Mukono.
Now with such crooks around even the cleanest leader, the system would be rotten. So, cover a lot of them so that when change comes it sorts out rotten tomatoes.
2. A system includes structures and functions. Please also focus on structural faults and functional injustices. For example, the use of caucuses to gag both NRM-O and the opposition politicians should be trashed.
Otherwise, carry on!

Here's a plan to win with or without Museveni's election rigging
Dear RK
Thank you so much. The oppressed masses have a representative voice.
I read with wonder why Ugandans always believe that M7 is so popular!! I think he's exploiting our complacency to get what he wants. All we need to do is get out of the slumber and systematically weed him out. Here's the plan:
1. Ugandans should ignore his chants and hollers for 2011. He will rig the election anyway. We attack him Mugabe style. We concentrate on highlighting the need for a fresh leaf and the flaws of the existing thieves and murderers.
2. The opposition does its homework over the electoral process and plug as many holes in the process as times amd resources can allow. A successful job will highlight the many 'kivejinja' style of winning elections come the election day. It should also stop giving away uncontested constituencies.
3. Come election day, All ugandans should go and vote the opposition enmasse. It does not matter if we dont win. It still goes down as a registered protest vote. Our aim should be to rip parliament out of M7's grasp. If we can get 130-150 opposition MP's in Parliament. The Museveni era will be over. He will not pass any more foolish laws, and Parliament will aim to pull the Kisanja Clause out of the Constitution from under his nose!!
Then Ugandans will say WHERE IS YOUR MIGHT?????
OH M7 WHERE ARE YOUR LOUSY SLEEPY MP's?????
YOU ARE NO MORE!!!!!
Siku Mojja Wajinga Watacheka!!
Yrs Wote Wajinga

MIND WHERE YOU SPREAD YOUR CLOTHES
Going to boarding school in primary school time was a big challenge and i learnt alot though. Long are those days when we ground nuts in water ,added some sugar then we feasted on that. Now i know i wont be a child any more but i pray when i do get children they wont pass through that
We had matrons at school, allow me call them "the mettus", they beat the hell out of us most especially if you failed to wake up on time or do house work. Despite what i hated from them, i celebrate one thing today, they taught me to be organised, time conscious and very principled.
"Mind where you spread your clothes", is one thing i vividly recall and it made little sense then because i was so young to take it so serious. Today i do, looking in the political scene of Uganda. I wonder where the NRM is leading this young developing nation.
The NRM claims it fought for a total change, meaning they were going to put institutions in place for a free and fair Uganda. They tried to make Uganda a secure place and the economy slowly recovered and things came back to life. One thing they failed and are still failing to do is to leave power or to creat real democracy.
Museveni and Mugabe are not any diffirent may be only by their locations. Museveni is too power hungry and the Mayombo saga and those many who have been killed can tell this. Museveni also thinks Ugandans are all fools and when Muhoozi comes we shall take him as our president.
As if thats not enough the daughter also started a church. I really want to go to that church and i hear what they pray about.
NRM washed Ugandan problems far a while and later spread them in dirt, thats why we are suffering, investors fear coming to Uganda because they know any time a war can errupt. You people or ugandans we should be ready for what happened in Rwanda and hopefully now you know the "crocroaches" and they should be eliminated. As much as Buganda is on attack, Every munyankole is. A time will come when only count graves and not people, lets be serious and all say NO to the 4th term project.

Thousands perished in Museveni's wars
Dea editor I thank you for your good work. these people who are talking of the killings in Uganda do they realy know how many Ugandan soldiers died in Congo? let me tell you the truth, I was on the side of Congo as a UNRF person. Many of Ugandans died in that war but no one has ever come out to ask M7 of the total number of the dead, why? we actual killed many of them in their thousands but these people are putting brave face that they did not die at all.
They were also killed by Angolan soldiers at the place called Boma at the Atlantic Ocean side. these people were flown by Antonov plane so that they could reach Kinshasa but to their suprise Angola cut their supply rout. there was no food no new supply of weapon they just starved to death or got killed by villagers. others crossed to Savimbis' side and then flown back to Uganda. realy let the so called MPs should ask M7 of the nubers of the dead or if you doubt me just contact Taban Amin he will tell you the story because he was in that war as well. Did you think M7 could give Taban a job without a reason? please do this if our country is to be a good country our boys have perished in this mans wars too much. our people died in Sudan, Rwanda now in Somalia really these boys are humans they are not animals. we need to stop this mess otherwise we are going to die like chickens. imagine how many died in the hands of Rwanda at Kishangani alone!!! what about the realy war so I challenge you Ugandans to come out and make history so that this man should be tried like Bemba. He even sent Bakoko to come to London to call me to come home, I told her that I am not so cheap to die for this man, let her just go back and die herself. Now you can see where she is, at last she saw a light she had to flee for her life to America. may be they will help her.
I left this country without Money nor clothes should I go back afte all this years to die? haha. My children are happy in UK they are going to school, they enjoy good life should they go home to starve in this poor country? No. we in Diaspora are working day and night to see this evil man leave our country.
Allow me also to put some records to our people this Aronda is just joking he is talking of winning wars, did they win the Congo war? No!! these people failed totaly, they should talk the truth .these people are just nursing their wounds, they have not recoverd from the bad loss of battle in congo but they are putting brave face. the fact is the lost and they can even cross to Congo to buy any thing they are just waiting to be sent to the Hague for trial. soon these theives are soon going to be handed over to the Hague. they looted Congo as a result they ended up by aresting Jurua who was at the Customs at Vurra Arua. just because he arrested some of his men with timber, this man spent three years in Luzira and yet Jurua was working with Salim Saleh before but he did not help him whem he was sent to prison just for doing his job! these guys are theives they ar are not soldiers they are just scout boys

Ndahiro target of 'competent intelligence professionals'
Response to readers letters regarding Dr. Emmanuel Ndahiro
'The spy is the greatest of soldiers. If he is the most detested by the enemy, it is only because he is the most feared' [King George V].
Let no clear thinking reader be in any doubt that the orchestrated and visceral attacks on the Secretary General of Rwanda's National Security Service, Dr. Emmanuel Ndahiro, and his family are anything but a glowing tribute to his efficacy!
As many contributors have noted, to doubt the capacity of those who appointed this relatively youthful officer to the helm of Rwanda's security apparatus, is to doubt the intellectual, professional and moral credentials of Rwanda's leadership.
Furthermore, it is particularly intriguing that the steady stream of 'contributors', who continue to denigrate the integrity and professionalism of Dr.Ndahiro, are consistent in their attempts to separate his alleged wrong doings and shortcomings from the conduct and performance of his political superiors.
All said and done, bemused readers may be left wondering which is the greater praise being offered by these 'contributors': that Dr. Ndahiro has managed to engineer such a high degree of political autonomy, that he has been able to transform statecraft in Rwanda into a 'one man show'; or that his political survival skills are as well honed as his celebrated ability as a surgeon, to snatch wounded fighters from the jaws of death on the battle field!
Pleasantries aside, fellow readers are advised that stories appearing on this website targeting Dr.Ndahiro have all the hallmarks of a well conducted and sophisticated disinformation and misinformation campaign, being waged by competent intelligence professionals and aiming to undermine the credibility of -and ultimately destroy- a 'high value' target.
David
WHAT A SPY CHIEF!
I have been reading articles concerning DR Emmanuel Ndahiro's wrongs as highlighted by many authors. If really this is true that the spy is involved in tapping other people's wives and creating unfounded accusations over his so called 'Enemies' then President Kagame has a big problem!
Backed by the fact that, the spy has a relationship with Kagame is another fiesta!!! How comes that PK can tolerate such an individual?
President Kagame should follow out this case well( spy's wrongs) if really wants to continue win the public appraisal.
Personally, i have not seen this guy phisically but i hear what he does countrywide. His spying perspective might be good but his encroachment to peoples' wives is totally inacceptable to a man like him. Actually if its true the latter is like VP BUKENYA of Uganda.

The day Museveni asked for his hammer
Dear RK,
I want to tell how Museveni's true character as it is
Those of you who read Radio Katwe at times may think Museveni is the most hated man for nothing.
The problem, fellow Ugandans, is that you do not know this man you are dealing with so much.
Here is a story which I as a veteran NRA officer will tell you, and you can check wth others to back it up as true.
When Museveni had just taken power he used to live at State House in Entebbe. He had a tent which he used to put in the compund of State House.
One of Museveni's bodyguards was befriending a girl. one day he brought the girl to State House when Museveni was not in Entebbe. He was upcountry. We are talking of 1986 or 1987 around there.
So this NRA boy brought the girl to Museveni's tent and they spent the night there.
When Museveni came back and he was told by his informers what the boy did, Museveni asked for a hammer. The hammer was brought to him. He ordered the boy to be brought to him.
Then Museveni got the hammer and hit the boy hard on the head and his brains poured out. The shocked bodyguards took the body away.
Take your time and ask any person who has served in the NRA for long most especially if he was in the former PPU, the presidential protection unit.
When you hear big men like Gilbert Bukenya and Amama Mbabazi fearing Museveni like young children it is not because they are fools or they are just thinking about their jobs and eating.
Mbabazi has "eaten" enough money to live comfortably without being a minister. And I am not defending them that they don't have their other reasons for staying close to Museveni.
But you need to be aware that these top government people who know Museveni know that he is an animal in human flesh. You will be hearing more from us soon on other terrible things Museveni has done and why he is so much feared.
By former PPU officer

Another dirty cop exposed
ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE FRED NABONGO GRABED MUHINDI'S HOUSE.
Dear fellow Ugandans and Radio katwe readers, how can a senior law enforcement officer involve him self in grabing a house which belongs to somebody else? This greedy man has got alot of properties in Uganda, these are the Police officers who are tarnishing the image of Uganda police. He belongs to the group of SSP Isabirye who was arrested recently on his way to rob innocent Ugandans. He went to the extent of bribing the Land Board but the officials refused his offer then turned to a friend of his who worked for INTERPOL in Kampala. He also tried to forge the land Title but it was not possible, thanks to some land board officials who are not corrupt. They threatened the owner of the house not to appear. I am monitoring the situation he is to appear in court on 26 august 2008.
How much does a police officer earn to mass all these properties, he claims to belong to untouchables in Uganda this is a man who was sacked and then brought back to work. At the moment he works at the police headquarters human resources/recruitment. Next time we are going to reveal all the addresses of his properties.

Those of you who have grown you in M7's dictatorial era dont know what parastatal bodies are and some of have even wondered if we had any. Could somebody define these and also give us a list of bodies that once belonged to all Ugandans? I can list a few: Uganda Railways, Uganda Transport, Uganda Airlines, Coffee Marketing Board, Uganda Tea Authority, Uganda Post Office, Uganda Medical Association, Bank of Uganda, Commercial Bank.
Please kindly complete the list and as a Ugandan (and not imported) I demand to know from M7 and his tribesmen ( adopted and otherwise) what happened to our collective bodies.
