Soldiers seen heading towards Kabale (and on to Congo?)
ON NKUNDA & HIS VICTORIES IN E. DRC
Dear readers, reports that Uganda is involved in the fighting in Congo might be true. Yesterday, Monday 17th Nov 2008, I saw very many trucks carrying Ugandan soldiers in full combat gear heading towards Kabale. In appearance, I noticed many of them looked like our brothers from the North! You all know that in most battles its them who are sent to the front line and fight with bravery.
Anyway, that aside, someone I was travelling with intimated to me, as we drove to Mbarara that the so called Nkunda is not that strong the way the media is hyping it, that it is armed forces of 'neigbouring countries' that are fighting in eastern Congo.
My concern is why Ugandans should shed blood in this bogus war, whose aim is not even declared! Though someone says Nkunda is fighting to protect his tutsi brethren. But why are Tutsis hated like that? There must have been a reason. I hear they are the ones who killed Habyarimana, a hutu president of Rwanda together with the one of Burundi. May be the hutu are avenging his blood. Anyway, my concern is why it should bother Uganda, we have no obvious interest in this matter!
I was shocked to hear our government also condemning the arrest of one Rose Kabuye in Germany. If she is guilty, let justice be done. Let her be tried in court, if she is found innocent, so be it. I find it difficult to understand why this fake "Sabagabe" of ours likes mixing Ugandan issues with those of Rwanda all the time!

Ruhama Boyz be sure to cover your tracks
This is in response to PGB Boyz from Ruhama warning Janet M7 about her numbered days (Yesterdays readers letters).
Good you did so but the approach used is somehow wanting. By stating here that you tapped a discussion, you are warning the enemy. He might not discuss such sensitive matters on phone anymore and that creates a loss of very good source of sensitive information. Besides they can easily track the monitors of the tapped phone. So don't say the method you used to get the information because they may trace you.

Candidates for the 2009-2010 'Mayombo class'
I'm an officer in the PGD in contact with Bombo, State House and now Mbuya Barracks, since we moved most of our operations from Bombo to Mbuya again.
This is to warn the following people, The Kabaka Of Buganda, Katikiro Mulika, Janet Museveni, Afande Jim Muhwezi, Mike Mukula and few more which I will publish in my next email, that you are on the "Omunyarwanda's" list of people to be eliminated before 2011. Almost everybody in my brigade knows this. Amama Mbabazi is the head of the team which is assigned to do this job, that's why he is untouchable.
Also, after the whole country found out that Kigongo killed Mayombo with M7's endorsement he went into hiding. We see him coming to see Museveni but he is not the same man like before.

Charity may have an uncharitable side
Dear RK
Ugandan infuencial men, be very careful about the women you love. I was going through the READERS LETTERS on
"Opolot blasted for disputing Museveni's unpopularity". This reminded me of the lady Charity Mugalu.
This Mukiga woman was planted by Museveni to spy on the late Mugalu Family. Soon after Edward Mugalu was killed by the Chief Thief, this woman tried by all means to befriend Mugalu's son. She actally got married to Edward Mugalu's son in the late 90's.
Her role was to spy on this family, for reasons you all know.
* Charity works for government, I am sure she spying on Fred Opolot
* She spied on Tumukunde when she worked for him. Shortly after that Tumukunde was imprisoned.
* Helps Museveni in money laundering. She used to take millions of British Pounds to the UK on his behalf.
* She herself has lots of money.
* Reported to be involved at some level in drug trafficking, that is why she is always traveling.
* She struggled hard to get British citizenship, which she probably got(?). Before that she used to live a double life; one one hand an assylum seeker in the UK but the Uganda goverment used to issue her a new passport whenever to travel back to Uganda. Things got sour when UK introduced the finger print system.
* Was divorded by Mugalu's son.
* She has a 25 year old son who she never talks about.
* She attends Adventist services and is an extremely friendly person.
* She has a gun.
Dear Ugandan men, stay warned.
