Dear Ugandans,

Those of you who follow Radio Katwe must read today's Monitor story High Court orders for sale of Aya land with a sense of trepidation. As I have steadfastly maintained since last year, Museveni wants to grab the hotel land at Nakasero. Events are playing out just as predicted and it should come as no surprise that the project has "failed" and the land is now reportedly up for sale. Museveni's grand plan is on track and will surely be carried out if Ugandans do not stop it.

Ugandans, do not be distracted by the apparently bona fide legal wrangles and all the court drama, this is just to confuse people. Just keep the ultimate goal in mind, which is that at the end of the day, the owner of this land will be none other than Yoweri the one and only "Visionary Leader".

MPs, Ministers, Judges, Security chiefs all Ugandans of good will and fore sight, lets all be serious because the country is going down the drain very fast. When we consciously and willingly put our lives on the line to come out and inform you, it is not that we have personal hatred for Yoweri (which is itself an understandable feeling considering the great harm he has done to our beloved country); it is the great concern and care for our country which drives us to take to the airwaves and internet against all odds.

Others and myself have tried to inform Ugandans because we love our country. Museveni clearly does not, and does not care or give a damn how he leaves this country at the end of the day. We in PGB, State House, UPDF, NRM, Government, Bahima, ISO etc have all started to ask questions whether we are serving one man and family or Uganda, NRM the party or the country.

It is painful to serve Museveni because the man has perverted the state into an instrument of criminal enterprise. There is no honor in serving this regime. When you see us, do not think we are all happy with what we do or agree with what is taking place. In fact us the people serving him are now doing so out of fear and most of us would love to see an end to his leadership. The daily rot and greed we see first hand in the first family, would shock the most hardened Ugandans who even through Radio Katwe know just a little. It is deeply degrading and ashaming to see and do the things we do for and in the name of this family.

The money we spend as PGB to protect Museveni and family daily, you may think we are protecting a god who will never die, or a very valuable person who is such a big asset to the nation. A person who does not know Uganda may think we Ugandans are going out of our way in gratitude to this man because he works hard to ensure that our children go to good quality schools for free, stocked with all the necessary books, he has built hospitals fully stocked with drugs free of charge, we have enough electricity and clean water is available to all Ugandans, roads are in good condition and the country is fast becoming like the successful Asian countries.

The reality is quite the opposite, this is a man doing little for the country. Actually he is a great liability and danger to Uganda as a country yet we are treating him as a god and spending 30% of the national budget on him and his family. It is like going to the best doctors to make sure a cancer is well protected and growing nicely inside your body!

During the just ended heads of state meeting, you could see how other leaders and countries view him. That is a topic for another day soon.
