Fellow citizens, it is not something funny because we the common man bear the painful consequences of their robberies, but maybe out of bitterness, some of you must have laughed at Amama's claims in the press today, that he values integrity, boasting of his "clean record". Well, it is not strange for even the greatest thief when taken to court pleads innocent.
The fact which he stated and is true was his long service in public life, though when listing his accomplishments, he always neglects to mention his distinguished service in Amins dreaded State Research Bureau, which for those of you who are too young is todays CMI, JATT, PIN, PGB and others rolled into one. So next time you hear people talking of the "bad regimes" of the past, keep in mind that foot soldiers then included our "liberators" and "revolutionaries" of today like Amama, Muhwezi and others.
They have now dedicated their remaining lives to liberating Ugandans from backwardness, which in practical terms means "liberating" us from access to any measure of meaningful economic and social progress.
This is only a small, small sample of the deals our "revolutionary super minister" (read lobbyist) engages in as a matter of routine. The man is shameless.
The NSSF Temangalo scandal may provide the Conman-in-Chief an excellent opportunity to prune the infamous "queue" of over-ambitious pretenders, but let us wait and see.

Woes facing tyrant M7's "super minister" and blue eyed boy are only getting worse by the hour. It is believed that M7 is now ready to ditch his once blue eyed boy, Amama Mbabazi, a shady lifelong intelligence operative who began his spell in Idi Amin's State Research Bureau while attached to the Libyan Arab Bank, in Kampala in the early 1970s where Mbabazi and M7 committed various frauds in the Bank.
Till or despite recent National Security Fund land deals Amama Mbabazi has managed to project himself as NRM's "Mister Clean", above board with no history of shady or shoddy dealings. This marketed him as a lone ranger in a government of thieves, for thieves and by thieves that Uganda's NRM ruling outfit is. Radio Katwe can now reveal that the "super minister" Amama Mbabazi is yet caught up in a newly discovered scandal that involves kick backs and open bribery in securing some of the security gadgets used during CHOGM. Minister Mbabazi, fronted by a company in which he has interests with some Israelis robbed the Uganda treasury and tax payers of more than 2 billion Uganda shillings according to very reliable and trusted sources. Mr. Mbabazi taking advantage of the so called "CLASSIFIED PURCHASES", colluded with this company Balton (U) ltd to get an exclusive contract to supply all the communications equipment that were to be used by the police and other security organs during CHOGM conference last year. The items most of them with the Motorola brand were delivered in this secret and classified deal at grossly exaggerated prices and Mbabazi and Balton once again robbed the Ugandan tax payer of billions of shillings.
Among the people behind Balton Uganda Ltd is minister Mbabazi, one Israel national by the name Zeev Shiff. Incidentally this the same guy who survived the air crash that killed Col. Jet Mwebaze in western Uganda on September 25 1998. It was rumoured at the time that Shiff had somehow caused the aircraft to crash and he had a parachute on him which he used to bail out of the stricken plane and escape with all the money that was meant to buy gold from the DRC. Reports say there was $1.2 million in cash on board. The third co-owner of Balton Uganda is the infamous property dealer Sudhir Ruperalia. Our sources have intimated that president Museveni also has shares with this Balton.
Ruparelia is a front-man for the Museveni family who own the Meera Investments an enterprise that has several subsidiaries that control virtually the entire Ugandan economy. All the once government run income generating ventures like conference centres, hotels, banks, insurance and other enterprises at commanding heights of the economy are now owned by Museveni in association with or fronted by Sudhir Ruperalia. The pair are engaged in siphoning Uganda's wealth through dubious off-shore accounts run under Sudhir Ruparelia. Radio Katwe shall publish in due course the full background and facts of how the pair have run Uganda down in connivance with various international interests.
During CHOGM, this shady company (Balton) was tasked with the installation of CCTV cameras around Kampala and Entebbe, and also supplied all the walkie-talkies and other communication gadgets that were used by the police and intelligence services during the same time. Mbabazi made sure that this contract went to his own company. The corrupt actions did not stop there, Mr. Mbabazi also introduced the deputy Inspector of police in charge of operations Mr. Francis Rwego into the scam and this guaranteed that all the security equipment that were to be supplied to the police, Balton had to be the company to carry out the contract. Today every walkie-talkie that the Uganda police uses is supplied by Balton.
As if that was not enough, the same Balton is the only supplier of teargas trucks and all accessories thereof to the Ugandan police. This is done despite the fact that a South African firm had offered to supply the same at a much lower price, but due to the influence of Mbabazi and Rwego, the tender went to Balton instead where they were guaranteed of their fat returns.
And let us be clear on one thing, the fact that Mbabazi and his business associates got the contract is bad enough, and contravenes section 10 of the Leadership Code Cap. 168 as Mbabazi himself explained in his article today. But you can bite your tongue and say someone has to supply anyway, whether it is Mbabazi or someone else. But these "revolutionaries" are not content with just influence peddling to get a contract. To them a contract is just a means to their real aim which is to gouge the public purse to the maximum by jacking up the prices to unbelievable levels.
After robbing the country of huge sums of money during the CHOGM, Mbabazi, Francis Rwego and Sudhir Ruparelia were rewarded with a junket (see pictures below). This special holiday was wholly funded by a company in Israel that supplies teargas to the Ugandan police, a Jerusalem based ALFA TECHNOLOGIES. Under the guise of going to attend a private function at the Uganda based Israeli Mr. Zeev Shiff's home, the trio went and met secretly with their business counterparts in Israel, and definitely planned further scam deals.
The entourage to Tel Aviv which took place around the middle of March 2008, included Mr. Mbabazi and his wife Jacqueline, Ruperalia and his wife, Mr. Francis Rwego and his wife, and one lawyer thought to have connection with BALTON also together with his wife. Our sources have supplied us with the flight schedules of this delegation. They left Entebbe aboard Ethiopian Airlines on 21st March 2008, and arrived in Israel on the morning of 22nd March 2008, they stayed in Israel at Hotel David Intercontinental in Tel-Aviv until the morning of 26th March when the left with the same airline.

HOW DID MBABAZI ACQUIRE THE TEMANGALO/NSSF LAND ?

Regarding the NSSF land theft. Has anyone bothered to ask HOW Amama Mbabazi and Amos Nzeyi came to acquire the land at Temangalo in the first place?
In his defence in the Monitor Newspaper Mbabazi says that Nzeyi bought a piece of land at Kawoko Bulera (Temangalo) and a company called Arma Ltd ( owned by Mbabazi and Nzeyi) bought the adjacent piece of land.
BOTH PIECES WERE ORIGINALLY ON ONE LAND TITLE OWNED BY Dr KISSEKA
his land belonged to the family of late Dr Kisseka (one time VP of Uganda) and he is buried there. It is rumoured that Dr Kisseka lost this land through a bad business deal with 'high government officials' just before his death.
Could you use your contacts to find out:
1. WHO sold this land to Nzeyi and the other land to Arma Ltd
(Owned by Mbabazi and Nzeyi )?
2. WHEN the original land title was partitioned into the two
separate titles
3. HOW much Mbabazi (Arma Ltd) and Nzeyi paid for the land
All this information is at the Land office.
Answers to these will reveal who is really behind the NSSF theft

I remember some time back, about a year to be specific, you warned Ugandans about this David Jamwa about how he would one day rob the NSSF.
Reading about this man and how he has ganged up with big government figures like Dr. Suruma, Amama Mbabazi and others to rob NSSF one thinks that you are almost a prophet.
Shame to Dr. Suruma, Amama Mbabazi and this Mr. Amos Nzeyi who i have usually held in high esteem as good Uganda businessman. To you David C. Jamwa and your other cronies in NSSF, may you live to regret what you have done and may you pay the price of your actions like Mr. Mpuuma and his friends who were there before you.
Can you imagine one of those guys from the NSSF telling the parliamentary committee that Jamwa and group spent the workers' money the way they did just because NSSF has a lot of money!
BANNANGE who will save Uganda from corrupt people! Ministers and professional people like Jamwa that would help are all rotten to the core and they stink of evil character.
Its a shame for government. Its a shame for you Suruma, Mbabazi, Jamwa and all others involved but do not be fooled, what goes round comes round. Some how, some day you will know how it hurts when people like you behave the way you have done.

NO ONE WILL KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT NSIIMBE AND THE NEGATIVE PUBLICITY ON THE FORMER MINISTER OF GENDER BAKOKO AND HER TEAM IS UNCALLED FOR. what u are seeing about Amama is a very small fraction of the "NO CHANGE". The NSSF saga is nothing compared to what he stole while he was Minister of Defence. The army oficers who were suspended for causing financial loss had threatened to reveal the involvement of govt and Mbabazi in particular in diverting the said money for election campaigns.
That is why suspects like Gen Kaziini who does not look eye to eye with Mbabazi had to first be sent to Nigeria for a one year course before returning to face the Gen court martial. Since the army has no tradition of trying oficers involved in embezzlement, Gen Kazini was given bail after presenting a civilian surety (MR. Kwame of the chopper saga) though the practice had always required a fellow soldier of the same rank or above that of the accused. That is why all the army oficers earlier accused are being quietly exenorated one by one.
Therefore, I have no doubt that even this NSSF saga, will soon end in Mbabazi's favour.
The people to blame are those who voted the NRM in 2006.

Thumbs up for a job weldone, radio katwe and the crew, all i want to let the Ugandans know about this Museveni and his brainwashed officials is that there is always a beginning and there is an end. we have only one and only one life to live. Every human living today has been given a chance to live and care for a fellow human. One thing for sure there is always an end, no doubt about this. Sadam is no where, Hittler is no where, the list is endless. Please Ugandans time and only time detemines everything. Give them time to accomplish their evil plans. Now that the NRM Secretary General's cesspool is leaking, Ugandans must also know the leakages in Amos Nzeyi's cresspool. Nzeyi is not only Amama Mbabazi's Comrade in crime against Workers' savings in NSSF; but also a tax criminal against the URA and Ugandans at large.
Mafia Nzyei started his business as a baker: sic Hotloaf Bakery. Bakers wolrdwide are generally survivers not millionaires, but Nzeyi is the exception. Why? Nzeyi is the master of tax defaulters. He imports hundreds of tons and tons of wheat flour, sugar, yeast, flavors, etc. but pays no or very little tax, because we all know who the Generals of URA are.
How many bread does Hotloaf spin out from its bakery every day or month? Not much. Since Shoprite and other bakers came into the market, the first industrial baker (Hotloaf) has ended up being the last.
Any baker in Uganda can tell you that profit on bread is very humbling. Because in unsustainable economy like ours, there is nothing like having literally daily bread on the table. When things get tough, cassava and memvu are the bailout parachute. The truth is, Nzeyi makes his millions; call it billions, selling the tax free sugar, wheat flour and yeast in the open market.
Doubting Thomases should ask fired or timid URA officials. The headquaters of the sin of tax evasion is the first family. Ugandans should freshen their minds about the Robert Kayanya's Lake Victoria villa wine and liqor cache godown in Ggaba. The mafia behind it is the first lady and Sudhir. This big time scandal involving a religious figure like Kayanya was hashed up and swept under the carpet, and it has been business as usual.
This is the lady who passionately tells Ugandans to turn to God while she is busy offending Him during night and broad-daylight. This kind of hypocrisy is revolting. When will Ugandans stop worshiping and dancing barefoot before the devil?
Uganda is a foresaken country.

Greetings R.K readers and enthusiasts with no hidden agenda. In response to the MBABAZI IN FRESH MASSIVE CHOGM/POLICE BRIBES story, I would like to say to commentator No. 7 and all the others that feel so, if you are tired of R.K writng about the gov't and nothing about the opposition then please don't visit the site. Go search for another publication that writes about the opposition or other topics. Perhaps you can bend M7's ear to facilitate and you come up with a publication that does just that.
Don't get me wrong I am no apologist for the opposition and if their rear is just as dirty, let it be exposed for all to see. There can be no denying that M7 and his cronies are bleeding our beloved UG dry so what ever they do should be exposed.
One thing I strongly believe is that R.K should not be pressured to deviate from the main task at hand and that's exposing the filth in gov'. Those calling for R.K to write about other stories are only attempting to get our no. 1 source of nasty gov' sleaze of the track, more especially so since they've failed to decapitate it from the world wide wobble.

I am here scratching my head and labouring to know how those pictures were taken and who took them and for what purpose!
Somebody planned this trip as a trap for Mbabazi and therefore come to the conclusion he is finished and he should be happy to know this. I highly doubt if he still thinks he is the NRM secretary general and next in line to the presidential succession. Taking those pictures should be an eye openner and has reached a point of no return. You can discuss this topic vertically and horizontally
